Tony’s role is senior counsel for Rudolph Legal law firm and for Cardinal Title Agency. With more than 37 years of legal, business and real estate experience, he has worked as a sole practitioner, assistant prosecuting attorney and as counsel for real estate investors, developers and title insurance companies. His vast experience includes commercial and residential real estate matters, probate, estate planning, tax matters, business law, trials and appeals.
Tony has worked with national title agencies, local title agents and attorneys for buyers, sellers and lenders in the closing of hundreds of commercial and residential real estate transactions nationwide, totaling over one billion dollars. His experience also extends to issuing title insurance policies and endorsements, conducting survey reviews and preparing and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, operating agreements, limited partnership agreements, joint ventures and closing documents.
Tony is originally from Zanesville, Ohio and is a graduate of Ohio University and Capital University Law School. He lives on the North side of Columbus with his wife, Ann, and their Dachshund, Arlo. In his free time, Tony enjoys golfing with his friends, playing guitar and traveling with his wife.
